Employment and Recruitment

There are two different recruitment departments within our company – crewing department and jobs on shore department.

Since 1990 we have been a crewing agency for various overseas ship owners. Currently, we’ve got more than 30 000 specialists in our database, with the possibility of employment on all types of vessels.

In 2004 we started recruiting well experienced Polish specialists to work on shore in such professions as coded welders, platers, fitters, joiners, carpenters. With high regularity we are employing workers who are than delegated to posts in the UK, Germany, Spain, Norway or to other countries in Europe or in the world if required.
